• One table, including ten seats
• Name displayed in the  program

Bronze Level

• One table, including ten seats
• Name displayed in the program

  1. Enter the names of ALL attendees. Please enter YOUR name and any guests names coming with you. If you do not have names of your guests, please email them to us later at [email protected]

  4. Select ticket level.  If you are purchasing a table, please choose Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze from the drop-down menu.
  5. Number of individual tickets: If you are not purchasing a table, please enter the number of individual tickets you are purchasing. 
  6. Provide any comments or special requests. If you have any special requests, such as dietary restrictions or accessibility needs, please enter them in the comments box.
