This summer, the HOME family will gather in Egypt for what promises to be one of the most meaningful moments in our ministry journey.

What began years ago as a vision sustained through prayer, sacrifice, and faithful partnership is now becoming a living reality. By this summer, we prayerfully expect the HOME Hospital in Egypt to be operational, offering participants the opportunity not only to gather for fellowship and worship, but to witness firsthand the fruit of a mission so many helped build.

This year’s gathering will include mobile medical outreach, active patient care opportunities alongside local physicians, a special visit to the HOME Hospital, and our annual HOME Summit at St. Simon Elkharaz, Wadi El Natrun.

Egypt Schedule & Activities

• July 5 | Suggested arrival in Cairo
• Monday, July 6 | Breakfast at the hotel included. Be ready to leave at 9:00 AM. Optional Pyramids and Grand Egyptian Museum tour from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM by reservation. Cost is $80 per person. Dinner on your own.
• Tuesday, July 7 | Breakfast at the hotel included. Be ready to leave at 8:00 AM. Travel with the mobile clinic from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Lunch boxes included. Return to the hotel at 3:00 PM. Rest and free time. Dinner on your own.
• Wednesday, July 8 | Breakfast at the hotel included. Be ready to leave at 11:00 AM. Arrive at the HOME Hospital at 11:30 AM. Lunch boxes included. See patients from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Return to hotel. Be ready at 6:00 PM for the optional Nile cruise dinner by reservation. Cost is $20 per person.
• Thursday, July 9 | Breakfast at the hotel included. Leave for the HOME Hospital at 11:30 AM. Quick hospital tour for those who did not previously tour the hospital. Lunch boxes included for those going to the Summit. Bus departs at 1:00 PM for the Summit at Al Natrun.
• July 9 to 11 | HOME Summit at St. Simon Elkharaz, Wadi El Natrun. All meals at Al Natrun are included in your stay.
• July 12 | Return to Cairo or departures

Recommended Cairo Hotel & HOME Coordination Hub

To simplify coordination and transportation for all HOME activities, we strongly recommend that participants stay with HOME at:

HOME has secured special group pricing for participants booking through HOME:

• Single Occupancy: $100 per night, Bed & Breakfast
• Double Occupancy: $80 per person per night, $160 per room, includes breakfast for two

Participants staying at the Tolip Hotel through HOME will also receive:

• Airport pickup from Cairo Airport to the hotel
• Transportation to all HOME activities and outreach locations
• Transportation to the Summit venue in Wadi El Natrun
• Transportation from the Summit venue back to Cairo or airport

Participants are welcome to stay elsewhere if they prefer. However, transportation and airport transfers will only be arranged from and to the Tolip Hotel. Participants staying elsewhere will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to HOME departure points and activities.

For the Summit package cost for July 9 to 12, pricing remains the same as Cairo rates, with all meals included:

• Single Occupancy: $100 per night, room and board
• Double Occupancy: $80 per person per night, room and board

This includes:

• Full conference lodging at St. Simon Elkharaz, Wadi El Natrun
• Conference meals
• Conference fees
• Transportation between Tolip Hotel and the conference venue
• Transportation back to Cairo on July 12

Meals During HOME Activities

Breakfast is included for participants staying at the Tolip Hotel through HOME. Lunch boxes are included during HOME activities. Dinner is on your own before and after the Summit, except for optional group activities arranged by reservation. All meals at Al Natrun are included in your stay.

Registration & Next Steps

Registration for the HOME Summit package in Wadi El Natrun is now closed because the Summit venue has reached full capacity.

Participants who have already registered will continue receiving coordination details from the HOME team, including lodging, transportation, payment information and WhatsApp updates.

Travel Assistance
